Belinda Jolly Dobson has seven years of residential and commercial real estate experience and previously worked in property management for five years. Belinda joined NAI Earle Furman, LLC in late 2007 and specialized in office leasing, investment properties, land and retail leasing. She was also a multi-family specialist in the Upstate area. In the past year she has completed numerous transactions including representing D.R. Horton in selling 79 residential lots, leasing multiple apartments at Wachovia Place bringing it to 100% occupancy and representing Calhoun Place Apartments, LLC in selling a million dollar apartment complex in Clemson, SC.

Currently Belinda serves as a member of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce Real Estate Group, past sustaining member of the Greenville Junior League and a past board member of Greenville Family Partnership. She is also a member of The NAI Global Multifamily Group, a worldwide network of top tier NAI multifamily brokers providing a variety services including acquisitions, dispositions, consulting and development services through the use of its proprietary and extensive Private Client Database.
